We know the world can be exhausting and we’ve always wanted our studio to feel like a Sanctuary where those of us who spend far too long masking can finally take off our armour and find some time for ourselves.

We invite you to do the same with us this Saturday on the 25th between 4-7pm. We dim the lights, play ambient music and let our nervous systems know it’s okay to just BE :)
