A slow, intentional morning to pause, breathe, move and reconnect with yourself.We’ll begin with a mindful yoga flow, breathwork and a calming singing bowl relaxation, followed by an intention-setting practice. You’ll then choose an intention card and create your own personalised candle around that intention.No prior yoga or candle-making experience needed just come as you are. 🤍
