About the event
The first Working Woman’s Hormone Toolkit began as a small, intimate circle. This second edition returns by popular demand, with the same content in a bigger room, because many working women have been quietly asking the same question: why does no one teach us how our own hormones actually work?
Working women in India are often expected to navigate back-to-back meetings, tight deadlines, limited sleep, and constant stress with little understanding of how hormones can influence energy, mood, focus, and stress tolerance. The Working Woman’s Hormone Toolkit is a hands-on, two-hour workshop designed to bridge that gap with a science-backed, practical approach to understanding the menstrual cycle as a strategic advantage rather than an inconvenience to push through.
Participants will leave with a practical toolkit they can apply in their everyday work life, rather than theory that gets forgotten after the session.
What’s In The Toolkit?
1. Cycle Syncing, Decoded
Understand the follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual phases and explore how they can align with different aspects of the workweek, from pitching ideas and deep-focus work to rest and recovery.
2. The Hormone-Mood-Energy Link
Explore why energy, mood, and focus can vary across the cycle and understand the role of oestrogen and progesterone.
3. Food & Lifestyle Levers
Discover simple, evidence-based adjustments that can support different phases of the cycle, without fad diets, supplement stacks, or restrictive rules.
4. Stress Management
Learn accessible and sustainable techniques to manage chronic workplace stress and support healthier hormonal function.
The workshop also includes an interactive conversation with other working women, creating a space to openly discuss the realities of navigating work alongside the menstrual cycle.
Grounded in research, translated into accessible language, and designed specifically around the realities of working in India, the session requires no prior knowledge, just curiosity about understanding the body better.
Who Is Aditi Singhal?
Aditi Singhal founded The Whole Prescription based on her experience navigating two very different worlds: the rigour of Western medical science and the realities of women’s healthcare in India. Her work began with gut health research before expanding into hormonal health, driven by a desire to better understand the gaps in how women learn about and navigate their own health.
The Working Woman’s Hormone Toolkit is the workshop she wished she had access to, designed to help women better understand their cycles and make informed choices. She has conducted 200+ workshops across the US, Canada, and Mexico, and brought the first edition of this workshop to Bangalore as a small, intimate circle. This second, larger edition builds on the response to that first session.
