The Dirty Wellness Carnival is an immersive morning wellness experience that combines movement, recovery, and fitness in a high-energy, community-driven setting, with the community run led by Delhi Run Collective.

Event Lineup

7:00 – 7:30 AM: 3Km Run

7:40 – 8:20 AM: Recovery Yoga Flow

8:30 – 9:10 AM: Karalipyattu - Indian Martial Arts

9:10 – 9:50 AM: Animal Flow

10:00 AM onwards: Healthy Breakfast & Community Connect

All participants will receive exciting freebies and refreshments.
