The Curated Happiness is hosting The Inner Child Play Date, a reflective hands-on workshop to reminisce our younger days and reconnect with the child within.

The Inner Child is a psychological concept referring to a part in our subconscious mind that holds memories and emotional layers from early stages of life.

In this workshop, you will engage in cathartic and light-hearted activities that will help you feel closer to your inner child through guided reflection facilitated by a Counseling Psychologist.
