5th Main Road, Binnamangala, Hoysala Nagar, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaAbout the event
From Amrita in Thappad to Shashi in English Vinglish, and the picture-perfect “good girl” in Vivah, Bollywood has given us plenty of women who were taught to be nice, patient, understanding, and accommodating.
But what happens when we stop being all of that? 👀
A 1.5-hour guided sharing circle to unpack the Good Girl Syndrome, talk about the roles we’ve been handed, share our own experiences, and explore what it looks like to unlearn them.
Guided by Ridhi Pugalia, an eclectic psychotherapist and community spaces facilitator, this space is trauma-informed and expressive-arts oriented.
Come for the conversation, stay for the “wait… I do that too” moments!
