Coffee & Conversations: Giving Feedback
Coffee & Conversations: Giving Feedback

About the event
If there's a conversation at work you've been avoiding because you don't know how to say what you actually mean, this is for you.
Maybe someone keeps missing deadlines and you're picking up the slack. Maybe they dominate every meeting. Maybe they're brilliant at their job but exhausting to work with — and somehow, nobody's told them.
You've thought about saying something. You've rehearsed it in your head. You've probably complained about it to someone who can't actually fix it.
Because giving feedback isn't just about finding the right words. It's about figuring out what actually needs to be said, what you're trying to change, and how to say it without making the conversation defensive, awkward, or unnecessarily harsh.
This is a closed group session about having the conversations you keep putting off.
What Actually Happens
You show up, grab a coffee, and work through a real situation.
You'll test your thinking, hear how others would approach the same situation, and build a version of the conversation you could actually have on Monday morning.
Who this is for: Managers, team leads, peers, and anyone who works closely with other people — especially if there's a conversation you've been putting off.
Group size: Up to 10 people. Small on purpose.
What's included: Coffee and all materials.
