About the event
Thinking about your first triathlon but not sure where to start? Spend two hours with someone who has just done it.
Rajneesh recently completed the Bergman Olympic-distance triathlon (1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run). He's not an elite athlete, and that's the point. After over a decade in investment banking, he built his endurance around a demanding job and limited hours: the Ladakh Full Marathon, Ooty Ultra 30K, multiple HYROX races, and now coaching certifications in progress. His philosophy: thoughtful preparation beats blind volume.
We'll cover choosing your first race, training around a full-time job, conquering the swim, gear worth buying, race-day logistics, and the mistakes he made so you don't.
For anyone serious about a triathlon in the next 6–12 months. Beginners welcome. Come with questions, leave with a plan.
