About the event
Forget the usual Sunday plans. We're heading into Sanjay Gandhi National Park for a morning of monsoon greenery, winding roads and some of our favourite spots in the park. We'll ride together, stop at a few beautiful spots, take it slow and actually enjoy being outdoors.
No racing. No pressure. Just good people, good weather (hopefully) and a lot of green. And yes, you can join without owning a cycle. Your cycle rental is covered.
The Plan:
8 AM: SGNP Gate, Meet us, grab your cycle and we're off. We'll ride through the park, make a few scenic stops and soak it all in.
After the ride: Brunch ๐ฅ, We'll head to a nearby spot to grab some food and hang out. We're still picking the place, so if you know a good brunch spot around SGNP, send it our way. (Brunch isn't included in the ticket)
Your ticket covers:
๐ฒ Cycle rental, up to 3 hours
๐ฟ SGNP entry
๐ฅค Light refreshments
๐ Group ride + scenic stops
Bring along:
๐ Comfortable clothes
๐ Proper shoes
๐ง Water bottle
๐ง๏ธ Rain gear
๐ Small backpack
๐ชช ID for the cycle deposit
๐งด Sunscreen
Monsoon is doing its thing, so rain gear = highly recommended.
Before you book: You don't need to be a hardcore cyclist. If you're comfortable riding a bicycle and can keep up with a relaxed group pace, you're good. Just be at the SGNP Gate by 8 AM. We'll take care of the rest.
See you on two wheels. ๐ฒ

Yes, if you're comfortable riding a regular bicycle. This is a casual group ride, not a competitive cycling event.
It's monsoon season, so light rain is expected to be possible. We recommend carrying rain gear. If weather conditions become unsafe, we'll take the appropriate call on the ride.
Absolutely. That's kind of the point. Most people come to Third Place not knowing everyone, and the ride is a pretty easy way to meet people without the awkwardness of a typical networking event.
That's completely fine. The brunch is an optional plan after the ride.
