Rooted in Shillong, Shad Skye has steadily made its mark on India’s 30 Best Bars list with its bold, ingredient-driven cocktails rooted in the flavours of Northeast India. Known for its confident, flavour-first approach and use of indigenous produce, the bar has earned national recognition while staying true to its regional identity.

For this exclusive one-night takeover, Shad Skye brings its signature cocktail programme to Woodside Inn, Indiranagar: Mumbai’s pioneering gastropub that recently found its second home in Bengaluru, a city with a deep-rooted pub culture of its own. The Bengaluru outpost blends Woodside Inn’s familiar, easy-going pub spirit with a distinctly local character, bringing together classic cocktails, comfort-led food and a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere.

For the one-night takeover, Head Mixologist Rishot Laloo will bring the Shad Skye experience to Bengaluru, presenting cocktails from Ka Jingim, the bar’s latest menu. Meaning “life” in Khasi, Ka Jingim is a celebration of the ingredients, landscapes and seasons of Meghalaya, bringing indigenous produce and traditional spirits from the Northeast into contemporary cocktails.
