SwapBook! Is a community for readers, thinkers, and curious conversationalists. More than a traditional book club, it is a space to exchange books, ideas, reflections, recommendations, and meaningful conversations.

This is NOT a “everyone reads the same book” format. Participants bring whatever they are currently reading - a novel, poetry collections, magazines, comic books, or anything else they’d like to share or discuss. Some people come to talk about the books they love, some come to discover new ones, and others simply come for the thoughtful company.

The meet-up is informal and community driven:

- introductions and casual conversations

- sharing what you’re currently reading

- discussions that often flow beyond books into films, music, art, culture, history and everyday life

- an optional book swap/lending exchange at the end

You’re welcome to bring a book, recommend one, swap one, or simply show up and listen. Many people attend solo, and first-timers are always welcome!

At it’s heart, SwapBook! is a warm, inclusive, and respectful space for people who enjoy stories, ideas, and conversations. Your ticket includes a discount on a beverage or snack at the venue - the conversations are complimentary!
