Collaborating Across Leadership Orientations
In most teams, collaboration often swings between two extremes. At times, we find ourselves pushing our ideas so passionately that others struggle to co-create. At others, we find ourselves holding back – unable to meaningfully shape the outcome, and feeling frustrated, undermined, or undervalued. In an attempt to avoid these tensions, teams often "balance" or over-accommodate differing viewpoints, resulting in diluted execution and underwhelming outcomes.
Meaningful collaboration begins with understanding our leadership orientations. The best way to understand others and work together is to understand ourselves first.
Inspired from the book Five Seats of Power by Raghu Ananthanarayanan, drawing on the the timeless leadership archetypes of the Mahabharata, this session invites leaders to explore their natural leadership propensities, how these interact with others, and what it takes to co-create a shared reality without losing individual authenticity.

About the Facilitators
Ajay Viswanath - Leadership trainer and Bharatanatyam dancer with over 20 years of learning and facilitation experience, having worked with participants across Microsoft, Bosch, Accenture, and TCS.
Cheyush Vaswani- Transition facilitator and coach who supports leaders of young teams to work though people & culture challenges.
