The session is practical and easy to follow, with no jargon
What you’ll walk away with:
- A simple system to track irregular income
- How to handle invoices, payments and tax as a freelancer
- What to look for in a contract and how to negotiate fair terms
- A savings plan that works with uneven earnings
About the Mentor: Ashwin is a chartered accountant, IP consultant and touring musician with The Derelicts. He has led Amplify's financial planning workshop for 7 cohorts, and was part of AMI's very first cohort.
He holds a master's in Law from NLSIU Bangalore and IP certifications from Harvard Law (CopyrightX) and WIPO. He runs his own advisory practice in Bangalore, working on tax, IP and business strategy for creative businesses.
