India’s largest lecture community, Pint of View, is bringing you something India hasn’t seen before.
A frigging LECTURE FESTIVAL!
This 19th & 20th December at Jayamahal Palace, Bangalore
Two days. Three giant classrooms.
40 back-to-back lectures across sciences, arts & policy
Eminent scholars. Professors. Researchers. Artists. Thinkers. Some of the biggest names from academia.
And yes, you can listen with a drink in hand.
Sober or beer. Your call.
The format is simple:
No panels.
No endless fireside chats.
Only lectures.
Even the musicians aren’t coming to perform.
They’re coming to teach you music.
Finally, a school that grown-ups deserve.

Yes, children are allowed provided they come with their parents. Children above 3 years will need a separate ticket.
No, only a tote bag with goodies is included in the ticket. There will be a glass given in the tote bag to fill and refill your drink, sober or beer. To avail free food and drinks, opt in for a Premium Supporter Pass. It covers all three meals and drinks in the speaker lounge area.
Those currently enrolled in a PhD programme will be offered discounted tickets and limited free passes by Escape Velocity Grants, a non-profit based in Bangalore. Wait for their application form to go live on our official Instagram handle @lecturefestival
Parking for only 500 cars are available at the venue. The best way to come is to arrive early. To avoid getting stuck and to enjoy drinks, it's best to use public transport.
No, tickets are transferable but not refundable. You can send your ticket to someone else but you won't be able to cancel your ticket.
