For one sitting, chef Ritika from Tunturu steps out from behind the bakery to serve us a seven-course tasting menu.

She’s cooked at Masque, #15 on Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants and her food parlour and grazing tables have made their way into Bengaluru’s food consciousness.

On the menu, there’s

You’ll see it happen, course by course with an open view of the kitchen, in a sitting small enough to watch every move.

We’re doing this for one afternoon.. After that, it becomes one of those meals you tell people they should have been at.
