Every ticket sold funds the dinner you’re about to eat. That’s not a bit.

Broke Meals is a 8 course dinner series built around constraint the kind that actually makes you creative. Each edition, the menu grows as the table fills up, and the whole thing scales as we go. No corporate backing, no safety net. Just a chef who decided being broke wasn’t a good enough reason to make boring food.

One long table. Eight strangers( for now ) . Eight courses built out of the months you figure things out anyway. The menu stays a surprise and that’s part of it.

Too broke to be boring
