In these two hours you could:

• Reflect on the week that went by
• Plan for the week coming up
• Work on creative projects with materials we have or with the supplies you bring
• Make silly doodles

We hope that coming for an Interlude becomes a routine: a gentle place to land.

What you do is entirely upto you but doing it around people who also are taking it slow is a fantastic feeling.
