Supper Club by Chef Sejal is an intimate, immersive dining experience with just 12 seats, where food becomes a way to travel, connect and experience a culture.

This time, we’re travelling to Greece 🇬🇷

For this edition, Chef Sejal and HeyBrewty bring you a completely plant-based 4-course Greek dining experience, inspired by the food, flavours and traditions of Greece — not the postcard version, but the Greece found in its villages, family kitchens and long, leisurely meals shared around a table.

For one evening, we’re bringing the feeling of a Greek village courtyard to Bangalore.

This edition will be hosted at The Terrace by HeyBrewty, where the space will be transformed into a warm, rustic Greek courtyard- surrounded by greenery, thoughtful details and a tablescape inspired by the colours, textures and charm of village life in Greece. Rather than stepping into a picture-perfect Santorini postcard, expect something more intimate, earthy and lived-in, like being welcomed into someone’s home for dinner.

The evening will begin with an interactive introduction to Greece — think fascinating cultural facts, stories, little traditions and an icebreaker designed to get everyone at the table talking.

The first two courses will be plated, followed by a more abundant, shared third course inspired by the way food is enjoyed around Greek tables — generous, communal and meant to be passed around. We’ll finish the evening with dessert.

Alongside the food, expect drinks, storytelling and little details woven throughout the experience to bring the spirit of Greece to life.

Come hungry, curious and ready to slow down for the evening — to eat, share, learn a little, laugh a lot and experience Greece beyond the postcard.
