About the event
Ever wonder why your knee, back, or shoulder pain keeps coming back even after rest?
Join Dr. Ratandeep Tuteja (BPT, MPT Sports, DNS Prague) for an interactive session on how your body really works — and how to move better, pain-free.
What you'll learn:
- Why your "core" is more than just your abs — and why it matters for every part of your body
- How pain in one area (like your knee) can actually be caused by weakness or tightness somewhere else entirely
- The science behind DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) — a movement approach based on how the human body is naturally designed to stabilize itself
What makes this session different:
- Live, hands-on demonstrations — not just a lecture
- You'll personally try simple exercises and feel the difference in your own body
- Practical takeaways you can use in daily life — no equipment needed
Who should attend:
- Anyone aged 18–40 dealing with recurring aches, stiffness, or just wanting to move and feel better
- No fitness or medical background required — everything is explained simply
Walk in curious, walk out understanding your body in a whole new way.
What should I wear or bring?
- Comfortable, stretchable clothing you can move freely and sit/lie on the floor
- A yoga mat if you have one (a few extra will be available)
