Laugenbrezel with Obatzda: Salted Bavarian pretzels with a beer-camembert cheese dip.

Pretzel and cheese platter: mini pretzels, aged cheddar, baby Swiss, olives, and grapes.

MAINS:

Bier Zwiebel Bratwurst: Housemade pork brats simmered with dark beer and onion gravy. Served with creamy potato mash and sauerkraut.

Labskaus: German corned beef served with creamy potato mash, sauerkraut and jus.

Pfefferpotthast: a hearty beef, pepper and onion stew. Served with Potato Dumplings.

Sage Roasted Chicken: served with roast carrots, creamy potato mash, gravy.

Chicken Wurstgulasch: Nuremberger sausage simmered with smoked paprika, tomato and onion. Served with Ciabatta bread.

Kase Spätzle: classic German pasta, with blue cheese, roasted garlic, and caramelised onions.

DESSERT

Bienenstich: Soft brioche topped with almond crunch, sandwiched with vanilla cremeaux.
