About the event
A day to step away from the city, slow down and come back to yourself.
Welcome to our next Circus.
We’re heading out into nature for a full day of movement, stillness, imagination, creativity and connection. No rushing from one thing to the next. No pressure to perform. Just a carefully designed day to help you step out of your usual rhythm and into a different one.
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival and breathwork before making our way up to the summit. There’ll be time to be quiet in nature, followed by guided meditation and pranayama.
Then we eat, rest and let our imagination take over.
Through collective storytelling and playful experiences, we’ll enter a world of joyful imagination—creating stories together, responding to unexpected prompts, playing with possibilities and rediscovering the simple joy of being curious.
There’s no script to follow and no right way to participate. You might add a line to a story, create a character, respond to a playful challenge or simply watch the story unfold around you.
It’s a chance to put the grown-up world on pause for a while and remember what it feels like to simply play.
And later, we get creative.
Through art therapy, we’ll explore colours, shapes and expression without worrying about making something beautiful or getting it “right”. There are no art skills required. Just curiosity.

You don't need to be fit, flexible, artistic or experienced in wellness.
You don't need to be a great storyteller either.
You just need to show up.
Come for the day. Play a little. Pause a little. Leave with a little more space inside.
The Calm Circus
Wellness that feels like play, not pressure.
