Coffee & Conversations: The People Problem

About the event
If you’ve ever thought, “Why is this person so difficult to work with?” — this event is for you.
You’ve tried being clearer. Tried being nicer. Tried trying harder. Maybe even complained about them over drinks.
But what if the problem isn’t effort? What if you’re just speaking completely different languages?
So let's unpack it. A closed group of people, good coffee, and a practical conversation about the people you spend 8 hours a day with.
What You'll Walk Away With
- A visual map of your key working relationships
- A simple lens for reading how the people around you think, decide, and communicate
- A rewritten version of a real message or ask that's been landing wrong
What Actually Happens
You show up, grab coffee, and settle in. You'll map out the 3-5 people you work with most closely and we'll use a simple, practical exercise to decode why some of those relationships feel effortless and others feel like a different planet and talk about it
Who this is for: You work closely with people — a team, a manager, clients, co-founders — and at least one of those relationships is harder than it should be. You're open to the idea that the fix might not be "communicate more clearly."
Where: Somewhere in Kormangala, Bangalore (exact location shared closer to the date)
Group size: Up to 10 people. Small on purpose.
What's included: Coffee and all workshop materials needed.
