🎤 meet the speaker

Tarika Khanna is a Warwick graduate, entrepreneur, and career researcher. After graduating in Global Sustainable Development, she returned to India and co-founded WitWise Education, an education consulting startup.

While building WitWise, she noticed how many young people felt confused, dissatisfied, or simply unsure about their career paths. Even though you got the “ right job” it still didn’t feel right. Today, she’s researching Gen Z, career dissatisfaction, workplace culture, and why we leave jobs.

Having navigated the “what am I actually doing with my life?” phase herself, Tarika is exploring how we can build careers more intentionally beyond the endless advice to “find your passion” and “follow the right path.”
